ABOUT ME

My name is Don Jagoe. I was born and raised in beautiful Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

When I'm not selling Real Estate I enjoy spending my spare time with my family, friends and our dog, Luna. I watch almost all sports and love playing most of them! My other interests include food, whether staying at home and cooking or eating out, as well as home design. I love a good podcast and I’m a huge movie guy. But, nothing beats travelling with my beautiful wife!

Before working in real estate, I worked at a luxury auto dealership for six years. This was an excellent experience and I obtained many valuable skills such as customer service, hard work, communications and negotiations. These skills helped immensely with my transition into the real estate industry.

As a Realtor, my goal is to take the stress off your plate! I’m extremely transparent, very well organized and very easy to communicate with at all times. As a newer agent, I’m motivated, hardworking and won’t take your business for granted!

HOW MUCH DO MY SERVICES COST?

When you are purchasing a home, my services are at no cost to you. All commission rates are covered by the selling side of the transaction.

When you are selling your property, there is no standardized or set commission rate. Commission rates are determined by the brokerage, and may be adjusted depending on the circumstances of the transaction.

I do not tip-toe around commission rates and I focus on ensuring that you as the client know exactly how much my services will cost. So please do not hesitate to ask as this is very important!

HOW MUCH IS MY CURRENT HOME WORTH?

As part of my business I offer free Home Evaluations. My goal is to make this as simple as possible for you the client. I will view your home at a time that works around your schedule, complete extensive market research comparing your home to similar homes and lastly provide you with a written comparative market analysis at no cost to you.
